cfDNA contains Trisomy 13, 18 and 21 gDNA mixed with female gDNA at 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10% spiked in DNA-depleted human plasma. Used for counting-based assay, such as PerkinElmer’s Vanadis®.
